In 1675 Aunt Beth's (and her siblings') Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Grandmother was born just outside of Paris in Yvelines, France. Her name was Barbe Marie Verbeck (Maybe this was the original Barbie and they modified the spelling over the years :) Anyway, she married Henry Hagan on September 13, 1695 and moved to Glenkeen, Tyrone, Ireland. Her Granddaughter Mary would sail with her husband Joseph Marshall jr. on the ship Hopewell leaving from Belfast Ireland on October 1, 1768 arriving in Savanah Georgia. Her Great Grandson Captain Joseph Marshall would later fight for the British in the Revolutionary War and move to Canada after the war.

An even more interesting story coming next week about the Wheeler family originally from Ireland who moved from Northboro to Oak Street Waltham two streets from Clinton St and 15 year old son James.
