Something Dad would say

This morning for the first time I got up early to work out instead of at the end of the day when lately there seems to be lots to do and therefore a good excuse not to work out.

I heard my older neighbor Tom works out early too, so I was happy to see him at the gym because it was dark out with no one around.

As we talked, I thought of how in some ways he reminds me of dad.

We had a nice chat, and as I was leaving and he was still walking briskly on the treadmill, I said, "Have a nice day Tom! You are very inspiring!" and he replied with a chuckle, "inspiring or perspiring" Something dad would say : )
