Theres a Hollow Tree in Roanoke Virginia
been standin since the sun began to shine
got roots from here to there
they connect to God knows where
got the will to stand the test of time

There's a place somewhere that I can only dream of
where the souls he saved are bound to cross the line
and the moments that they'll share
in that place with no despair
got the will to stand the test of time

And the bells will only ring for a treasured few
where riches are paid off in prayer
and the sun is going to shine on a penny on a gravestone
and the souls that he shared will be there too
